Responsibilities:
Technical Integrator Focus 50%
Critically evaluate user requests, and use technical and process knowledge to determine underlying true business needs.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Provide expertise and leadership in the development and integration of IT solutions that support systems and business processes in assigned areas initially PI HISTORIAN
Be the release and service manager for PI HISTORIAN
Business Analyst Focus 25%
Develop an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing processes within Elanco Manufacturing and apply knowledge to suggest improvements to business processes.
Work with Process Engineers, Operations, Quality, and TS/MS to identify, analyze and implement IT solutions that improve the efficiency and decrease the variability of the process.
Serve as business integrator for Clinton and Terre Haute covering PI HISTORIAN and related tools
Create and champion business cases for innovation using PI HISTORIAN and related tools
Provide advice and influence during business requirements gathering to ensure decisions lead to a solution that supports business needs.
Actively network with other IT and business resources to stay aware of initiatives going on around the company, inform others of our own initiatives, share reusable solutions, and champion reuse of solutions and best practices at Clinton and within Elanco
Project Management Focus 25%
Lead projects and programs at Clinton/Terre Haute and within the Elanco Manufacturing IT Network
Author project deliverables including project charter, change proposal, and project plan
Develop or update project plans including the determination of project activities and milestones.
Manage execution of projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
Provide ongoing communication on projects, issues, and major deliverables to management and staff
Simultaneous management/oversight of multiple projects across job function.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Technology or Process Automation

Additional Skills/Preferences:
Previous experience with OSI-PI brand data historian software system
Previous Technology Integrator/Business Analyst experience
Experience with Lilly service management model and the Lilly ITIL management tool (Remedy/Service Now)
Fundamental knowledge of computer system validation
Strong understanding of manufacturing related computer systems and data
Fluent with standard MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
Demonstrated willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges and to and work independently
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals across organizational and cultural boundaries and at multiple levels in the organization
Strong leadership, facilitation, teamwork, self-management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.

Previous experience in process manufacturing
Previous experience with real time and batch data historian
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Accurately prepare written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional and engaging.
Equally strong oral presentation
Additional Information:
Work schedule 8-hour day shift with on-call coverage as required
Limited travel required
Position may require exposure to production areas

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
